The holidays are here, which means fitness is the last thing on our minds.
Join the 12 Days of Fitmas challenge for quick, daily body weight exercises to keep you mindful of your health this holiday season!
Each day, you will receive an email with the exercise of the day. It's an accumulating circuit, so a new exercise will be added each day until you finish on Day 12 by performing all 12 moves.
When you complete the challenge, email what exercise was your favorite to firstname.lastname@example.org to be entered into a drawing for a prize!
