2025 Employee Voice Survey: Make Your Voice Heard and Vote

This April we invite you to share your feedback about your work experience through the 2025 Employee Voice Survey. The System survey will be open for the entire month of April to give everyone plenty of time to complete it. In February, we’ll share more details about the upcoming survey in virtual webinars for leaders scheduled at a variety of times.

But before the survey, we want to hear from you. Please vote for the name of the survey from now until Feb. 5, 2025. We will announce the name of the survey at our upcoming Town Hall in February.

Through our various communications channels, including Connect Newsroom, Internal Communications shares and promotes the awards/recognition that Cook Children’s earns (organizationally, departmentally, and individually) from external associations and from internal programs, such as Peak Performers and DAISY awards. We believe that employee engagement is strengthened through telling the stories of our employees and making the connections their roles have with our Promise, patients, families and peers.
