3% Salary Increase For All Positions Up Through Director Begins This Week
Over the last year and a half, our HR Compensation team has been reviewing salaries in the market and addressing equity concerns.
As they continue working hard to review all positions, every employee up through director level across the System will receive a 3% pay increase effective on the pay period beginning Jan. 2, 2022, and you will see the increase on your Jan. 21, 2022 paycheck.

And as a reminder, all employees up through director who have an annual review will receive a PACE Merit Increase up to 5% for Calendar Year 2022.
