A Fun Celebration with STAR Kids Service Coordination Team

STAR Kids Service Coordination team at Cook Children’s Health Plan recently held a pizza party celebration to honor their team audit average score reaching 96% compliance for Individualized Service Plans. Also in attendance, our Cook Children’s facility dogs! 

The STAR Kids program has many contractual requirements, and the Individualized Service Plan is an area that Texas Health and Human Services Commission monitors closely. An Individualized Service Plan is a comprehensive document that captures all the services our members are using and needing. The team also enjoyed an in-person fair to provide staff with refresher topics they will need when they resume in-person visits with Cook Children's Health Plan members in July.
