Blood Drives Save Lives

Did you know that one in three 1 in 3 people will need a blood transfusion in their lifetime? These recipients are our very own patients, our friends, our loved ones and our neighbors right here in North Texas.

If you are able, please sign up for the first blood drive of 2023, scheduled for Jan. 30 at the Fort Worth campus.

Through our various communications channels, including Connect Newsroom, Internal Communications shares and promotes the awards/recognition that Cook Children’s earns (organizationally, departmentally, and individually) from external associations and from internal programs, such as Peak Performers and DAISY awards. We believe that employee engagement is strengthened through telling the stories of our employees and making the connections their roles have with our Promise, patients, families and peers.
