Performance_DevelopmentNext Steps in Home Stretch of Year-End P&D

Now that you've had a conversation with your manager about your performance and development. Next, you must make sure to acknowledge your performance conversations in Workday by Oct. 5.

By verifying that the conversations took place, you’re acknowledging that you and your manager went over your annual performance evaluation and calculated rating together. Team members will choose between two statements in Workday:

  1. “I acknowledge that I have had a conversation regarding the review with my manager.”
  2. “I acknowledge the review meeting has been held, and I would like to request further discussion.”

If the second option is selected, the manager and manager’s leader will be notified. You and your manager will have five business days to discuss the matter further. Contact Human Resources for guidance if there are any extenuating circumstances to consider.

Important point to know:

  • Leave of Absence -- Performance evaluation for a team member on an approved leave of absence won’t be submitted until they return to work.

Thank you for the time, intentionality and respectfulness you put into the annual performance review process. We hope our team members had impactful conversations that celebrated your accomplishments, identified any opportunities for improvement and explored paths for your career growth.

Questions? Contact your HR Business Partner. You can also visit the P&D page on CookNet for resources and more information.
