Cook Children's Employee Hand Hygiene Video Competition
Will you be the next Hand Hygiene Star? The Nursing Evidence-Based Evidence-Based Practice and Research (NEBPR) Committee is excited to announce a system-wide Hand Hygiene Video Competition for all employees!
After reviewing more than 80 hand hygiene articles the NEBPR Council has confirmed that mitigating hospital-acquired infections is in your hands, and one of the best ways to increase staff engagement and compliance is by challenging you to keep our patients safe by getting back to the basics. You can help us raise awareness about hand hygiene by creating a fun video that demonstrates how to utilize the World Health Organization’s (WHO) 5 Moments for Hand Hygiene!
Videos should be submitted to NEBPR@cookchildrens.org by Friday, Nov. 18. The winning video will receive a prize of $500!
