The System Diversion Committee invites you to our upcoming Drug Diversion Symposium at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth. This important event aims to raise awareness about drug diversion and provides actionable strategies to combat this critical issue within CCHCS and our local health care systems. The symposium will feature an opening session for clinical and non-clinical staff and then an afternoon session for CCHCS leadership, ensuring that everyone leaves with practical tools and a deeper understanding of how to help address this important issue.

Your participation is vital to our collective efforts in maintaining the highest standards of safety and care for our patients. Together, we can make a difference.

Unable to attend symposium AM session?

(Periop, Anesthesia, Overnights, etc.)

Early Morning CondensedEarn 1 hr of CE

All Cook Children’s Health Care System Staff (Clinical and Non-Clinical Staff)

Register for A.M. Session (7:30-11:15 A.M.)

 

Leadership Afternoon Sessions - (This registration is for CCHS Leadership, HR and System Diversion Committee Only) - Leadership should register for both AM and PM sessions in order to attend full symposium.

Register for P.M. Session (1:00-4:15 P.M.)

 

Anesthesia, Perioperative and Night shift staff - Early morning condensed session

Register for Early Morning Session (6:00-7:30 A.M.)
