Employee Health Center on Henderson Temporarily Relocated

The Cook Children’s Employee Health Center on Henderson is experiencing problems with its air conditioning. For the next week only the Employee Health Center on Henderson will be temporarily relocated.

All primary Care physician visits will relocate to the temporary address while the behavioral health visits will be virtual.  If the space cools enough to meet provider needs, they have the option of seeing patients in office.

Northwest Fort Worth:
