Fort Worth Magazine: 2024 Top Doctors

Fort Worth Magazine asked Tarrant County doctors to nominate their peers for inclusion in the annual Top Doctors edition. With more than 3,250 votes cast, the magazine staff vetted each physician through the Texas Medical Board and asked a panel of more than a dozen physicians to review the final selection. 

This year marked the sixth in a row that physicians from Cook Children’s have been on the cover of the annual issue. Kia Carter, M.D., and Kristen Pyrc, M.D., co-directors of the Psychiatry Department are featured about their work to help families seeking pediatric mental health care.
