Let's jingle all the way through December with some of our fun, annual events:

Jingle Mingle:

Employees working at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, the 901 building, Dodson Specialty Clinics, ROB and 750 office building are invited to join us for the Jingle Mingle on Friday, Dec. 9 under the tent on Pruitt Plaza (the walkway between the 7th Ave. garage and the Medical Center).

This year’s holiday celebration for our employees is a come and go event that includes delicious food, holiday music and mingling with colleagues. Your ticket to enter is your employee badge. See “helpful things to know before you go."

6:30 to 10 a.m. Breakfast

11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lunch/mingle munchies, holiday beverages & desserts

*Please note the tent will be closed from 10 to 11 a.m. to reset for lunch

Helpful Things to Know Before You Go

  • The Jingle Mingle is a special holiday event to thank our employees. Please wear your ID badge for entrance to the event.
  • To keep everyone safe and healthy, the event is mask friendly. You’re encouraged to wear a mask while in line but it’s not mandatory. Volunteers will have hand sanitizer for you before you enter the buffet line.
  • This is also a come and go event. You’re welcome to eat in Camelot Court.
  • There will be two entrances to the tent (by the Pruitt Plaza Medical Center entrance) and 4 buffet lines inside the tent. Exit is at the rear of the tent to help with traffic flow.
  • We expect the holiday event to be busy and you may encounter a line at peak times. This typically moves pretty quickly. The least busy times are usually 9-10 a.m. and 1-5 p.m.
  • Food containers will be provided; please do not bring personal to-go containers.
  • Please be mindful of catering staff squeezing into the buffet line to keep food items stocked. If a food item runs out, you are welcome to check back later to see if it’s restocked.
