Holiday Health & Wellbeing: Resources Available to Support You

As we move through the holiday season, we want to remind you that your well-being is important to us. While the holiday season can be a time of joy and celebration, it can also bring feelings of stress, heartache or loneliness. We all experience the holidays a little differently –and that is completely okay.

Cook Children’s employees have access to a host of resources to help you through the holiday season.

If you need help managing financial stress or assistance with holiday budgeting, financial wellness resources are available. If you are coping with grief and loss or need help navigating challenging family dynamics or just need someone to talk to, mental health resources are available. From our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and counseling through CareATC, to our Spiritual Care Team and Responder Health –resources are available 24/7.  Confidential support and resources are available whenever you need them.
