Important Notice Regarding Flu Vaccines

Please disregard an email communication that you received from Occupational Health regarding the flu vaccine on Friday, Oct. 4. It went out in error. If you received a flu vaccine at a Flu Fair then you may view/print your record from the Enterprise Health portal.

If you received a flu vaccine in your department and are not seeing your flu vaccine recorded in the Enterprise Health Portal, it is due to the fact that your department may not have sent the completed form to Occupational Health. Once we have this data, your record will be updated.

Please note that the deadline for obtaining the flu vaccine is October 18.

If you have received a flu vaccine from an outside provider, please upload your documentation to the Enterprise Employee portal.
