Let’s Get Ready for UKG Go-Live: Training and Readiness Checklists Now Available

Time ClocksWe are officially on the countdown to UKG Workforce Management go-live on Feb. 8, 2026, and the momentum is building. With training underway and go-live approaching, this next phase is all about reinforcement, readiness, and confidence.

Note: A Charge Nurse curriculum is available, which will decrease the number of assigned CBTs to be more aligned to their duties

To help guide you through the final preparation steps, role-specific readiness checklists are now available. These checklists are designed to clearly outline the key activities you should complete before go-live, based on your role. Whether you are a caregiver, manager, timekeeper, or scheduler, the checklist helps ensure you are set up for success on day one.

What to Focus Next:

1. Review your role-specific readiness checklist
Your checklist walks you through exactly what you need to complete and when, so nothing is missed as we get closer to go-live.

2. Complete your assigned UKG training lessons
All Cook Children's employees who have schedules, timecards, and PTO submissions must take the required lessons linked in ULearn. Each lesson is 10 minutes or less and can be completed over multiple days or weeks. All training is due by the go-live date on Feb. 8, 2026.

  • Managers will monitor weekly completion progress
  • Access to UKG Pro WFM requires completion of all assigned training

3. Bookmark the UKG Project Site
The Project Site is your single source of truth for:

  • Updates and reminders
  • Training resources and job aids
  • Key go-live information

4. Review the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document
The FAQ provides quick answers to common questions about UKG and what to expect at go-live. If you still have questions:
