Managers: Make Workday an Ongoing Topic in Department Meetings

Every employee will be impacted when Cook Children’s implements the Workday platform this July. Workday will change the way we view our paychecks, create expense reports, access tax documents and much more.

Communication and training are key to the successful launch of Workday just two months from now. In your department meetings. Managers are asked to encourage their staff to register for employee self-service training on ULearn. Remember the cutover or freeze dates listed above. Point out that Lawson is going away but we will continue to clock in and out, submit PTO, approve timecards and manage schedules in Kronos.
