Meet Anniese Lemond, Assistant Vice President of Compensation

We are happy to welcome Anniese Lemond to Cook Children's as our new Assistant Vice President of Compensation. Anniese comes to us from Denver Health and Hospital Authority, where she served as Senior Director of Compensation. She brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspective that will help us improve our compensation strategies and operational effectiveness.

Since leaving corporate America, Anniese has spent the past 20 years leading rewards in a variety of nonprofit, academic medicine organizations including the University of Chicago Hospitals, University of Illinois Hospital and Health System, Northwestern University and NorthShore University Health System.

Anniese completed undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois Chicago before receiving a Master’s of Science degree in Management and Organization Behavior from Benedictine University and an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business. 

When not immersed in all things pay related, Anniese enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Sydney and Mackenzie, and her two cats. Anniese is an amateur chef and enjoys cooking, or you might find her dancing and performing with her professional dance troupe.
