Microsoft Teams is Coming Soon!
What an eventful summer it’s been for our Information Services (IS) team! With the successful implementation of Workday and the ongoing development of our new CookNet site, we're excited to share what's next on the horizon.
Mark your calendars for Oct. 4, 2023, as we’re gearing up to introduce Microsoft Teams to all of Cook Children’s. This big step is all about ushering in a more contemporary and collaborative working environment across our system.
Wondering what exactly Microsoft Teams is?
In a nutshell, Teams is the ultimate "one-stop-shop" for streamlined communication. From one-on-one chats to group conversations, scheduling online meetings to effortless file sharing, and collaborating on projects – Teams has it all covered. Plus, the integration with other Office 365 apps paves the way for seamless document co-editing features for greater productivity, all with fewer clicks.
So, how do you get started?
To ensure a smooth transition, we've prepared a special Microsoft 365 Information Site. Here, you'll find timely updates on the project's progress, along with handy resources like Quick Start Guides, self-paced trainings, and FAQs.
