New Command Center Opens to Monitor and Respond to Emergencies
A new Command Center is open at Cook Children's Medical Center-Fort Worth, serving as a safety hub to monitor and respond to emergencies. The new space will provide a centralized location for leaders to coordinate their response to an emergency, such as a natural disaster that affects campus operations or an event that brings a flood of patients to the Emergency Department. It is equipped with technology that willl allow teams to gather and share information quickly.
We made a video to show off the new space so you can see it for yourself!
If you would like an in-person tour, please email Kaysey Pollan, Director, Environmental Safety/Emergency Management, Safety.
