New, higher limits are in place for badge purchases

New, higher limits are in place for cashless purchases made by swiping your employee badge at certain Cook Children’s retail locations, such as Camelot Court at the Medical Center-Fort Worth and Over the Moon in Prosper. These charges are deducted from the employee’s paycheck.

The limit for employees who are paid bi-weekly is now $200 per paycheck. The limit is $400 per paycheck for employees paid monthly.

The authorization to participate in the badge swipe program can be found in Workday. Navigate to Employee Resources, find the Payroll dropdown menu and complete the Badge Swipe Purchase Payroll Deduction Form.
