Employees on-site at the following locations will enjoy a scoop of their favorite flavor of ice cream on the dates below. Ice cream will be served outside and we’ll follow Command Center guidelines for safety and distancing.

WHAT: We’re providing an Inter-Department Transfer (IDT) amount of $8 per person for a summer treat!
Find an ice cream or snow cone truck in your area, bring in ice cream, have cookies or other treats catered or sent to your team! You choose your Beat the Heat Treat! You could also come up with a theme, game or activity for your event to add to the fun.
WHEN: Department leaders will find a date and time that works best for their teams in the month of August.
HOW: Order your treat through the concierge and submit reimbursement to finance.
