New Way to Ask Questions About Open Requisitions

The Talent Acquisition team is now on Workday Help! Workday Help is replacing our AskTalentAcquisition@cookchildrens.org e-mail account. If you have a question about an open requisition, you can now get an answer directly from the recruiter for that role. When you enter a ticket into Workday Help with your requisition question, it will be assigned to the recruiter who has that requisition, instead of an inbox monitor.

Opening a case in Workday Help is easy! Open Workday, click on the Menu bar and choose Help under the Personal tab.
