Survey Spotlight: Home Health and HR/Occ Health – Having Some Fun with Survey Participation

Home Health’s Engagement Committee came up with a few ways to encourage their teams to participate in the survey including a raffle drawing for employees whose departments reach 100%. Those same departments get to unlock silly executive challenges like a “pie in the face”, “lip sync battle” and “TikTok dance challenge” among others to add to a roulette wheel. Once the survey is over, Home Health will celebrate by spinning the wheel to “select” which challenge an executive team member has to complete!

Pac-Man/Ms. Pac and Easter are the inspiration for the HR/Occ Health survey participation contest. A colorful Pac-Man/Ms. Pac board was created to track their survey participation while also having fun weekly challenges like completing the survey early to enter a raffle drawing, an Easter egg hunt, egg decorating contest and a team raffle drawing.

Great job to both who are on their way to 100% participation!
