Peak Performer: Amnitti Bowen

Amnitti is our resident Jane of all trades. She does it all. When there are call-ins or someone is out sick, Amnitti just jumps into help, no questions asked. Today we had several call-ins and without being prompted she volunteered to jump in and help. This is the kind of person Amnitti is, always willing to help, always a team player. It reminds me of the Mr. Rogers quote, "'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.”  Amnitti is always helping.

When orders come late or we get packages later in the day Amnitti always stays late to help put them up or deliver them where they need to go. Her help and foresight is priceless for the team. She gives us a heads up when we need to order items that are low and also lets us know when she sees the usage on certain medications go up. For instance if she sees a lot of snake bites in her work queue she will let the buyers know to stock up and the anti-venom. She is always on top of her game and she is an invaluable asset to the Pharmacy team.
