It is my pleasure to nominate Aylich as a Peak Performer. Aylich epitomizes customer service, for both our families and our staff. She consistently goes above and beyond in the areas of quality and service. Aylich is routinely mentioned by families in survey comments for physician visits. In a recent meeting, one of our physicians mentioned how Aylich can always be counted on to follow through on tasks diligently and with a smile. I appreciate her ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions before
those problems can come to a head.
