Peak Performer: Brock Street, PA

Brock was made aware of a patient who had a potential neglect concern and needed to be seen for follow-up treatment after a procedure. He advised the family to come to the Emergency Department and he monitored the ED list of patients throughout the day to make sure the patient received care. He went above and beyond to make sure the child received the care that they needed and ensured their safety. If Brock had given up, then the patient would not get the proper treatment. This is one of many examples of the very best care that Brock provides at CCMC.

I can think of another example where a patient came to the ED with abdominal pain. Brock double-checked the scan and helped determine the child did not need surgery. He is always thorough and ensures that no stone gets unturned.
