Peak Performer: Corie Pickens

Corie made a decision to venture out into workplace to pursue a career in the healthcare field. She applied for our medical records position and has excelled. Corie scanned over 50K forms during her first 6 months, faxed over 566 O&P records to our physicians.

Corie later transferred to our Consignment department in which she performed over the productivity limit with no errors. Corie entered in over 225 consignments her first week and managed to train her replacement for medical records position at the same time. Corie stepped in and was able to go over her production and help the new hire keep up with the scanning and faxing of forms without hesitation. Corie is definitely a Peak Performer - she saw that the delivery tickets were stacking up and jumped in to help get them scanned in a timely manner to assure all forms were in before our monthly audit was due.
