When Crystal started her position at our clinic, we were so far behind on authorizations that it was taking kids 4-6 weeks to get in to therapy. Very quickly, she was able to process all of the pending authorizations and now, a year later kids get in for therapy services within 1-2 weeks. This has significantly improved our patient and family satisfaction as well as our therapy outcomes. 

​Crystal is amazing at getting insurance authorizations even from very difficult insurance providers.  She works so hard and doesn't ever give up. Recently, she got a denial for one of my patients and worked tirelessly to make sure we crossed all the I's and dotted all the T's (and dated and initialed everywhere) on the appeal so that the child could get PT.  With previous insurance specialists, this process would take 4+ months when kids had that particular insurance, and with Crystal it only took two months with an appeal.
