Peak Performer: Deborah Tallant

Debie was promoted to UM RN Supervisor in 2020. Shortly after her transition, her direct manager resigned. She reported directly to me, her department Director. This allowed me to work very closely with Debie and to also see many skills that she could not show as a UM Reviewer. She was instrumental in helping build, test, and create tools for our Tapestry implementation. Debie can often be found working before and after normal business hours to troubleshoot Tapestry issues and remain current on the days’ work. She is a valued employee to the team and does anything to can to support the team.

​Since the implementation of Tapestry, Debie has successfully navigated Tapestry to identify problem areas. She frequently identifies opportunities for improvement and she also works with IT to resolve. Her 'boots on the ground' approach has led to departmental success. Debie certainly deserves to be recognized for her diligent work.
