Peak Performer: Hanna Gilley

Hanna just has an insatiably positive attitude. Any time you see her she is smiling and has a kind word for you. She works in the Emergency Department and she is always cool, calm and collected. I think one of the things that really stands out is that she makes sure to lift her team members up. Recently she organized something in our department where people got together and donated to two of our other staff members and that meant a lot to them. I think things like this are what makes Hanna so special and such an asset to the team. She cares so much and it shows. 

Hanna was taking some time off and instead of leaving her team hanging she went and made sure to ensure coverage herself. I think this is really above and beyond and just speaks to the kind of team player that Hanna is. She cares about all the people she works with. She is such a positive, bubbly, lovely person and it's impossible not to feel it when you're around her. ​
