Peak Performer: Lauren Kenny, NP/PA

Lauren is an enthusiastic and hardworking member of our team.  She consistently aims to provide excellent customer service in every facet from her patient care and follow through and her participation with our team initiatives. Lauren has stayed later to contact parents in a timely manner to provide recommendations, answer the questions and provide parents with reassurance to ease their worries. She will help out in any capacity by answering phone calls, sending in urgent refill requests, assisting our physicians by reviewing and answering patient questions, stepping in to see our patients, or just providing some encouragement to each other. She demonstrates flexibility to match the needs of our patient population. There are many patient examples expressing parent satisfaction about Lauren's patience and attentiveness to the needs of our patients and families. ​

​Lauren is willing to go above and beyond and she does it all with the most positive attitude.  She takes the initiative and volunteers to take on projects that further help our patients, for example learning about the Med Bridge Program, ensuring our providers have accessibility and then sharing the information with our team.  She has also worked closely with the Epic team to improve and resolve our workflow processes.
