Lina was a Peak Performer recipient for the fourth quarter of 2021 (July-September). Below is her nomination letter.
Lina is the senior marketing Specialist for Global Health Services. She is the type of employee who loves her job and performs her job with great pride! Lina is ALWAYS willing to help with projects and never once have I heard her complain about anything, even when it requires working long hours.
For example, we have a virtual interactive conference coming up for Epilepsy Awareness; the content requires numerous videos, podcasts, articles, etc. Lina along with JFR gave me a rundown of the skeleton plan, Lina is putting together all the content for my review, and then she will work on what is needed. I honestly don't know what I would do without her enthusiasm, creativity, and work ethic to always give 100%. She is proud to work for Cook Children's and it truly shows!
With Global Health Services being responsible for out-of-state and international patients, there are numerous conferences and collateral that are required for awareness and educational purposes. Lina is always willing to tackle the task of numerous projects with a positive attitude.
She always takes pride in her work and never leaves anything pending. I love working with Lina and am forever grateful that her job ethic and positivity make my job easier!
