Peak Performer: Pack Mam

Pack has stepped in since late October for a co-worker on maternity leave and has overseen his current job plus the IT contract manager job of reviewing, revising and interfacing with the technology vendors on contractual negotiations. He's always positive and making light of a pretty stressful circumstance, works with joy and continues to grind and work hard, sending and interacting with legal, risk/security and IT managers multiple times on a daily basis.

He sends over and is asked about contract after contract, often checking in and work after hours to ensure contracts are reviewed and signed in a timely manner. The joy and humor with which he is filling in for an employee's leave absence is tremendous and thankless. He deserves to be recognized for all his tireless efforts and hard work. Doing the job of two people is to be commended.

Pack is great at scheduling and bringing the parties to the table and keeping contract negotiations moving forward. Recently, with a phone and media vendor, he did an excellent job in coordinating everyone's schedules and multiple drafts of each contract, which were fairly lengthy. Due to his diligence, these contracts are close to being finalized and his hard work should be commended.
