Peak Performer: Sheryl Van Dyk

Sheryl Van Dyk is an exceptional front office team lead and has trained multiple team members that have gone on to be great assets for Cook’s. She still has these team members reach out to her for assistance and guidance in their roles. Sheryl is always willing to go above and beyond to help anyone even if they no longer work in our department.

Recently we had an Endocrinology patient have an issue with their insurance and their appointment was cancelled. The provider was concerned about their patient and Sheryl was made aware of the situation. The information the parent received was incorrect and the patient could still continue their care with the provider. Sheryl right away informed the provider and the parent, they were both very grateful and appreciated Sheryl taken the time to review the information.

Sheryl is always willing to jump in and help anyone in need, even putting out a truck on fire that was passing by our building and decided to stop in our parking lot.
