Practice Management Matters: Speaking Volumes

Adhering to our Promise “to improve the well-being of every child in our care and our communities,” Cook Children’s takes care of a high volume of patients (i.e. A LOT OF CHILDREN) every day. However, seeing high patient volumes can present its challenges, given the limitations of human capability and physical space, a growing population, fluctuating seasonal demands, and specialist shortages. This report aims to look at the way different individuals, clinics, and departments within our organization, both within primary and specialty care, are meeting these challenges.
