"They prioritize creating a welcoming environment for all patients, focusing on the small details that contribute significantly to patient satisfaction."

Cultural competency is another key factor in the clinic's positive outcomes. "Many of our patients value having three providers who speak Spanish," Dr. Cabarcas explained. "Language fluency and cultural sensitivity are crucial aspects of care, and we believe they contribute to patients' willingness to recommend our clinic."

"A strength of our Neighborhood Clinics, including the Arlington location, is our behavioral health program," Dr. Cabarcas said. "Having access to family advocates, community health workers, and social support staff is particularly important in underserved communities within the DFW metroplex."
