Practicing Our Promise: Midland

Leadership from Cook Children's Physician Network (CCPN) made the trip to West Texas to visit Cook Children's Pediatric Specialties Midland and honor the team for receiving the Gold Practice Our Promise award. This prestigious award is given to the top performer within each service line, including primary care, neighborhood clinics, specialty clinics, urgent care, and multispecialty/regional clinics. These clinics have consistently demonstrated excellence in patient care and have set the standard for others to follow.

At Cook Children's, we're committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. As part of this commitment, last fiscal year we reintroduced the Practice Our Promise award program, which recognizes clinics that go above and beyond in delivering outstanding patient experiences.

This award program is based on the Likelihood to Recommend (LTR) score, which measures patient trust and experience. Achieving a high LTR score demonstrates our patients' confidence in the care they receive at Cook Children's.
