Pro-rate Percentage of PACE Grid
Please see below for the following information to guide on your pro-rate merit percentages based on an employee's most recent review date.
Example: If your last review was conducted between the pay periods beginning 3/12/23 and 3/25/2023, there were 18 pay periods between your last review and Nov. 19, so your pro-rated merit pay will be 3.46%. The formula for the calculation is as follows: (18/26) X .05 = .0346 or 3.46%.
Another example: The people who had their last reviews between 11/20/2022 and 12/03/2022 with a 12/9/2022 pay date will get the full 5% since it's been almost a full year.
