Good afternoon Prosper family, As we head into spring, we hope you are enjoying the warmer weather. We also hope your transition to the new UKG system is going smoothly. If you encounter any issues, please submit a ticket via the Cook Employee Center homepage. For those who use Alaris pumps, the interoperability project goes live March 10. Regarding parking, please remember that employee spaces are located near 380; the front two lanes are reserved for families. Finally, March 9–13 is Patient Safety Awareness Week. Facilities Work Order Request System Update Starting March 2, the facilities work order request system, known as FAMIS 360, will transition to single-sign-on access. All users will need to be set up in the system to submit requests. However, if you already have access, no further action is required. There are two ways to submit a facilities work order request: - Via the Prosper Cook Home Page, using the link labeled “Facilities Work Requests- Prosper”.
- On the Main Cook Home Page, by pinning “Real Estate Maintenance Request”.
Both links will direct you to the appropriate property for submitting your request.

Cook Children’s Peer Support ProgramThe Peer Support Program aims to strengthen a culture of connection, care and emotional well-being among our team. Peer supporters are fellow employees who volunteer to be there when someone needs to talk. Training for the Peer Support Program will be held from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. on March 30. There are 25 spots available. To sign up, contact Jane Wilchak.

The team delivered a collection of Prayer Bears, which will provide comfort and encouragement to our patients. |

Save the Date: Mask Fits  Occupational Health will be on-site at Prosper from 6:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., March 3 – 5 in the 3rd floor classrooms 3332/3333. This session is designated for employees currently due for a fit test through those with expiration dates in May 2026. To ensure uninterrupted patient care, leadership kindly requests that you schedule your appointment on a scheduled off-day. Note: If your renewal falls between June and August 2026, Occ Health will return for a follow-up session in June. |

Pump Interoperability Survey You are invited to complete a short survey in preparation of pump interoperability go live on March 10. This survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. The feedback you share with us will help us better understand your current use of Alaris IV pumps and gauge readiness for go-live.
