Retirement Announcement for Jill Koss

Jill Koss, Director of Family Support Services, is retiring from Cook Children's after 35 years of service. Jill's reach extended to many patients and families helping them through their toughest times with a smile. Katie Campbell will succeed Jill after her retirement.

Also retiring with her is our Facility Dog, Neely, who has worked with Cook Children's since March 2019. She is the first Facility Dog to retire. After retirement, Jill will continue providing her expertise to coordinate the facility art at Cook Children's.
