Taking Time Off for the Holiday? Set Up a Delegate for Your Payroll Approvals
If you are taking time off this holiday season, please set up a delegate for all of your approvals. IS will not be able to re-route invoice approvals due to an absent approver. Invoices will advance to the next approver after 4 business days.
Setup Lawson delegation:
Send an email to Chloe Renz by December 21 with the name of the delegate and your PTO start and end dates. This will ensure that all requisitions, invoices, and HR-related items receive anapproval within the required timeframe.
Setup Kronos delegation:
Timecards must be approved every pay period!
