Team Peak Performers: McCart Neighborhood Clinic Medical Assistants
The McCart Neighborhood Clinic Medical Assistants are Team Peak Performer recipients for the first quarter of 2022 (October-December). Below is their nomination letter.
McCart Medical Assistants are the definition of ROCKSTARS! These ladies triage our patients, keep the patients happy, moving to rooms and ready for the providers to see. They screen on the phone, in-person and also do labs and shots. They have amazing teamwork!
Our Medical Assistant's help train new employees including other Medical Assistants and nurses. They ensure we have good communication skills around our office. They love to have new people from other clinics come to our office and make them feel welcomed.
They treat one another with respect and make our patients feel safe and welcomed. Patients are treated just like we would want our family members to be treated.
They’ve also floated to all the clinics to help cover the needs with staffing. It can be hard to adjust to different clinics but they have done extremely well.
In between their regular duties and training, they are also helping with forms right now for different things: supplies, medical equipment, school forms, and many others to help the clinic stay on track.
These ladies have been working extremely hard to provide the best care possible to all of the patients and families that come to our neighborhood clinic. They are compassionate and show tremendous amount of care for everyone. They are so very deserving of Peak Performer recognition – they’re truly what Cook Children's is all about!
