Well-being Month 2024 Recap

We hope you took some time to focus on your personal and professional well-being in August! Taking care of ourselves is a necessity to keeping our Promise, treating each other like family, and thriving at work and home. When we take time for ourselves, it’s easier to find the energy and motivation to show up as our best selves each day.

The goal of Well-being Month was to promote the importance of self-care and connect you to the programs, benefits, and resources to help you thrive at work and home.

Didn’t get a chance to participate in August? Here’s everything you need to know!
