You Can Still Contribute to a Cook Children's Family for the Holidays

Miss the deadline to sponsor a Cook Children's family for the holidays and still want to contribute?
Help honor our culturally and religiously diverse patient population by providing basic blue Wal-Mart gift cards or purchasing items from the Child Life Wish List.

Find the Wish List, as well as guidelines for donations, under downloads at the top right of this page.

We hope to collect contributions by Dec. 2, but since these cards can help our families throughout the year, we won't be too picky about the date.

Please drop off contributions to Spiritual Care, on the first floor of the Pavillion at Medical Center-Fort Worth, 8:30 a.m. to 5 pm. Monday to Friday.
