New Year's Message for 2022

Unfortunately, we welcomed 2022 with another record for daily COVID cases. 

As we continue our familiar fight against this pandemic, Rick W. Merrill, President and CEO, and Stan Davis, Chief Operating Officer, check in and thank employees for keeping Our Promise day in and day out.  

3% Salary Increase For All Positions Up Through Director Begins This Week

3 percent pay increase image Over the last year and a half, our HR Compensation team has been reviewing salaries in the market and addressing equity concerns. 

As they continue working hard to review all positions, every employee up through director level across the System will receive a 3% pay increase effective this week.*

Survival Story: Teen Shares Near-Fatal Brush with COVID-19

haylee COVID survivorDuring the height of the delta surge of COVID-19, 16-year-old Haylee Richard came down with the virus. Her illness became so severe, she had to be flown to Cook Children's Medical Center where she fought against the odds for her life.
