Major System Announcement: Generous Spirit Bonus
Dear Cook Children’s employees,
We have some very exciting news for you!
Generosity is such a big part of our culture and that giving nature has been so clear in the way you give of your time, efforts and care. To show how much we appreciate you, we want to give you something special in return.
To recognize your thoughtfulness and hard work, we are pleased to announce that all eligible employees through the AVP level, including physicians, will receive a one-time “Generous Spirit” Bonus of up to $2,000.
The payout will be based on your number of hours worked during the bonus term (Sept. 12, 2021 - Sept. 10, 2022) and included in your Sept. 30 paycheck.
We continue to face challenges both at home and work, but even in these difficult times, your hard work has allowed us to have great operating results and we want to recognize your efforts.
Next year, we’ll have many big milestones for our system. We’ll see significant growth at our Prosper Medical Center Campus and in Fort Worth with the Dodson expansion.
These projects, while necessary to serve our area children and their families, impact our bottom line. So, we want to give you this bonus before we get into the historic new fiscal year, when our financial operating results are projected to be lower.
