CareATC/EAP in-person services

CareATCWhen it comes to whole-family health care, we’re all in it together. Every day, Cook Children’s employees work to improve the well-being of every child in our care and our communities.

But we can only take care of others when we take care of ourselves.

To make sure that happens, Cook Children’s has partnered with CareATC to provide an additional benefit to help care for health care professionals who have dedicated their lives to taking care of others.

CareATC offers the best care when you need it most. Appointments are required and can be made on the CareATC mobile app, the Patient Portal at www.careatc.com/patients, or over the phone by calling 1-800-993-8244.

Appointments with our EAP therapist can be scheduled separately by calling the EAP main phone number, 1-800-395-1616. We will have much more information on this service in the upcoming weeks.

You can schedule in-person visits, or after becoming an established patient, you can schedule virtual visits through your computer or phone. Same-day appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be scheduled over the phone.
