North Denton Primary Care and Multispecialty Recognizes Patient Experience Week
Summary
We want to share a special kudos to the North Denton Primary Care and Multispecialty staff for their Patient Experience Week efforts and how they are Connecting, Collaborating and Elevating!
This week, the Denton Primary Care and Multispecialty team is going above and beyond to celebrate the patient experience.
In the waiting area, they set up a trifold board where parents can leave a message and/or feedback. Their goal is to fill up the board as much as possible.
There is also a star display of staff and providers each holding up a word or phrase that they feel is important to the patient experience.
The front office team is also excited to show off their Peaks connect the dot pictures!
