April 25, Day One
View the experience standards video to learn about all three standards. Once you have viewed the video, email patientexperience@cookchildrens.org with “I watched the video” in the subject line. One lucky staff member will be chosen at random to receive a Target gift card.

April 26, Day Two - Connect
Complete the Peak Connection connect-the-dots puzzle. Feel free to color Peaks, too!
Scan and send your completed Peak connections worksheet to patientexperience@cookchildrens.org. One lucky staff member will be chosen at random to receive a Target gift card.
April 27, Day Three – Collaborate
Collaborate with a friend to complete the work search puzzle. When finished, scan and send the completed puzzle to patientexperience@cookchildrens.org. One lucky staff member will be chosen at random to receive a Target gift card.
April 28, Day Four – Elevate
Reminds us to “Reflect and take the next steps together” so let’s take this literally and join us for a walk. You are invited to join us on the playground outside of the cafeteria and we'll walk together. Here are the times:
- 9 a.m.: a 15-minute walk
- 10 a.m.: a 1-mile walk
- 11 a.m.: a 30-minute walk
- 1 p.m.: a 1-mile walk
- 2 p.m.: a 15-minute walk
- 3 p.m.: a 30-minute walk
Employees who join us for these steps together will be able to add their names into a drawing for a Target gift card by sending an email to patientexperience@cookchildrens.org. The more walks you participate in, the more times your name goes into the drawing… and you’re taking a healthy break too!
Can’t join us for the walks but want a chance to win the Target gift card? Send a selfie to patientexperience@cookchildrens.org of you taking a walk. Be sure to include your name and contact information in case your name is drawn as a winner for the Target gift card.
