Ramadan MubarakRamadan is a holy month for followers of the Islamic faith to strengthen their spirituality through fasting, prayer and reflection. During the coming weeks, starting the evening of March 10 through April 8, you may find patient families, neighbors or coworkers celebrating Ramadan. Consider Ramadan when scheduling events or meetings. Try not to center mandatory workplace meetings or gatherings around food and beverages. If this is not possible, be respectful that Muslim employees in attendance will not be eating. We've compiled some information and best practices during Ramadan here. We wish all those who celebrate Ramadan a month filled with blessings and happiness. Ramadan Kareem! |
